Is this exactly what I’ll pay?
No — pricing is in draft while we finish private beta. The plan names are set; the numbers are indicative and will be finalized before launch.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly-prepaid minutes reset each month; packs never expire; and your wallet balance never expires. Voice and texts are separate buckets, so a call spike can never drain your texting.
Can I cap what I spend?
Yes. You set a ceiling and we never cross it without telling you first. You also pick what happens at zero — pause new calls, or stay live at the metered rate up to your cap, then take a message.
Is there a contract?
No. One bill, pay-as-you-go, cancel any time. Prepay only if you want the discount.
When can I actually pay and go live?
Spindle is in private beta. Billing and live texting turn on after our compliance review. Request a private preview and we’ll work through whether Spindle fits.
