Privacy
The data we don’t collect can’t hurt you.
This page explains the limited information used to arrange a private preview, respond to a note, and operate this website. We do not use advertising trackers.
Working draft · to be finalized with counsel before launch · October 8, 2026
Booking details
- When
- If you choose a time
- Why
- To verify your email, reserve the appointment, create the meeting, and send its details
- Where
- Processed by Vercel, Google Calendar and Resend; includes your name, email, selected time, and optional note
Private-preview inquiry
- When
- If you begin in writing
- Why
- So a person can understand your business and reply to your request
- Where
- Sent through Resend to Spindle; includes your name, work email, business, optional role, and message
Standard hosting and aggregate traffic data
- When
- When you visit the site
- Why
- Serving pages, understanding basic site use, and diagnosing errors
- Where
- Processed by our host (Vercel); we do not add advertising profiles or session recordings
Your theme choice (light/dark)
- When
- If you use the toggle
- Why
- So the site remembers your preference
- Where
- Saved in your own browser (localStorage) — it never leaves your device
What we deliberately don’t do.
- No advertising pixels, cross-site advertising profiles, fingerprinting, or session recording
- No tracking cookies — the site sets none
- No payment details — there is nothing to buy yet, and at launch cards will go straight to Stripe, never to our servers
- No selling or renting of anyone’s data, ever
Off the list, on request.
Want a private-preview inquiry or booking record removed? Send a note to contact@spindle.chat from the email address you used. Calendar records may also need to be retained when reasonably necessary to document or manage the appointment.
Service providers involved in these requests: Vercel (hosting and server functions), Google Calendar and Meet (availability and the meeting), and Resend (confirmation, appointment, and inquiry email). Each receives the information needed for its part of the service.
This policy covers the marketing site. The Spindle product will ship with its own privacy policy — reviewed with counsel — before it handles customer conversations at scale.
